The Hansbrough Dunk

Given the expedient manner in which UNC dealt with Iona last night there was really only one highlight and that was Tyler Hansbrough’s complete emasculation of Iona’s De’Shaune Griffin.  Griffin, a sophomore from Fayetteville, NC, apparently paid little attention to the happenings in Chapel Hill during his senior year of high school and surmised that attempting to block Hansbrough as he leaned in for a dunk was a good idea.  Needless to say he was mistaken and when I say mistaken I mean the same way Robert E. Lee was mistaken when he thought Pickett could split the Federal line on the third day at Gettysburg.

It was nice to see Hansbrough’s enthusiasm and passion for the game. He is my favorite player on the team and I would love to see him do more dunks the rest of the season. 🙂

Can anyone tell me what shoes Tyler is wearing in this pic and this year? I have notices that only about half the team is wearing the same shoes this wear, does anyone know what they are? It would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks!!!
